Awards
2018 Recycler of the Year, Institution
The Devens Eco-Efficiency Center and The Great Exchange received recognition by MassRecycle with an “Institution Recycler of the Year” award. The statewide non-profit coalition dedicated to waste reduction recognized The Great Exchange’s ability to provide an alternative solution for unneeded items and materials.
2012 Roy L Jeannotte Award
The Devens Eco-Efficiency Center was presented with the Roy L. Jeannotte Award for Outstanding Organization from the Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce for making “a substantial contribution to the lasting enhancement of the Nashoba Valley Region by demonstrating exceptional leadership and community involvement.”
2008 EPA’s Environmental Merit Award
EcoStar and its “Great Exchange” event were recognized at their annual awards ceremony held on earth Day in Faneuil Hall in Boston. The Environmental, Community, Academia and Non-Profit organizations Merit Award recognized the programs provided to help organizations make better use of resources.
